This school lacks effective leadership. The individuals that work there are out of touch with reality. Staff members has an issue with the way they communicate effectively with the children. My son have been at Yorkwood several years. The staff and teachers are very willing to work with parents to give the children the best education they possibly can.

My school is Yorkwood elementary and my child is in Pre-K. I find his teacher to be excellent, engaging and he loves school. My child has some special needs and the IEP Coordinator has done a superb job in putting in place the proper things to help my child in school. The parent participation seems...
