Appling Middle School, the home of the Wildcats, is a public school in Bartlett, Tennessee, a suburb northeast of Memphis. It is a Title I school that’s part of the Bartlett City Schools system. Each academic year, approximately 608 students in grades sixth through eighth enroll. There are approximately 40 teachers on staff, with each having approximately 15 students per classroom. The vision at Appling Middle School is to cultivate an outstanding environment for teaching and learning. Apple Middle School’s faculty and staff strive to prepare students to make positive contributions to the global community. The school’s mission is to develop self-determined and college-ready students, through literacy, numeracy and social skills that foster success inside and outside the classroom. One of the school’s fundamental beliefs is that all students can learn, achieve and succeed because of the implementation of a variety of instructional strategies that have proven to be best practices in today’s educational research. Appling Middle School is committed to providing a balanced academic program with essential components in such studies as fine arts, wellness and physical education. Some of the extracurricular activities and courses include band, girls’ and boys’ basketball, cheerleading, volleyball and dance.

I was a student there and it was miserable you get bullied there is always fights and bullying is not delt with and you get blamed for stuff you don’t do
