I went to the Meade County school district my whole life, I never really had many issues with them. I liked my time at Meade County High School, some people say different though. There is an issue with favoritism when it comes to administration and opportunities for students. The cafeteria food is pretty bad too. But other than those things my experiences were fairly good.

What I have been impressed with so far is that we have a college campus on site. I have been able to take some engineering classes. It has definitely given me the opportunity to make sure that I am taking the right path for my school. The school system here starts you on a path to college which I did not have in Arkansas. I like that I can take dual credit courses that will get me a little ahead going into college. The only thing I don't like is that there is over 1,500 students in this school.

I heavily don't recommend Meade County High School. The school did absolutely nothing about people being harassed. I was harassed almost every day, and went to the school councilors without anything being done. I've been shoulder checked, barked at, had half eaten food thrown at me, along with trash...

Meade County high school is outstanding. The teachers are mostly friendly and want to help us succeed. Our athletic department is fantastic with multiple teams going to championships this year. We take pride in our academics, athletics and students. We have a truly safe environment.
