GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I would love to see more engaging academics rather than sitting in front of a computer. Not everyone learns the same way so I think having the availability to rotate ways of learning will be great for everyone. I would also like to see change in saftey due to this school having giant windows in every classroom this isn't very ideal in a supposedly dangerous situation.

The teachers are truly amazing. I learn so much by being there from not inly teachers but also peers and other staff. The students are amazing too. While they can sometimes be annoying, we all stand up for each other. No one is ever alone and people are free to celebrate who they are. Some of the smartest kids are 'jocks' and people are okay with that. Chartiers Valley has taught me to judge a person by what is in their hearts, not by the capabilities of their mind or by the things they cannot control. Chartiers Valley has taught me that we are all good at different things and we're all equal.

I believe it's a very good school with lots to do. There is a lot offered, a ton of classes and activities to choose from. The teachers and staff are all very nice and helpful. Overall, my experience was pretty good,

I have two kids in this district, both excel and exhibit no behavioral problems. The school gives no individual attention. Teachers are not great, are entitled and have poor attitudes generally speaking. They do not recognize children’s individual strengths, evaluations are boiler plate. My kids are...

No, my child was beaten up and they did absolutely nothing about it. The amount of bullying in this school is so much.
