The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

A change I would like to see the school doing more activity with the students. And letting the kids have more say in the school rules.

My overall experience at SBP was an eye opening experience. I started with a bunch of friends, and following the crowd. I still did what I had to do, still kept my grades up. But throughout my 4 years, it helped me grow as an individual. I became an individual and learned from mistakes after finding myself in trouble at times. I learned many lessons and when I left for college it was a different experience. I became a better version of myself.

This school is overall average but what needs to change is that there is a lack of communication between Administration and the teachers. It seems like they are never on the same page.
This school cares a great deal about students. They are not perfect; but they do help many graduate high school. This school takes a risk on many that would otherwise be left behind in the education sector.
This institution is a sorry excuse for an educational facility. When it was once under the control of Brian Rosemblum it was a thriving example of what control over a student body meant. Unfortunately, in 2007 the school fell under the control of Ellen Flanigan. Two years into her career at this sch...

They will always make every student feel welcome. The best part about my school is the dedication each teacher gives to ensu...
