GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

There were plenty of supportive teachers and staff members there that helped me out through every year in that school. There are plenty of opportunities and clubs to join and things to do there so you won't be bored. Additionally, there are so many great teachers and staff members every student will find at least one staff member they like. Plus there is a diverse group of students and many different types of people there which will bring you into a friendly and good environment

UASCH is currently one of the newest high school in NYC and is having its first graduating class at 2018. UASCH staff members really care about the student's welfare and want to see the students succeed in their academic career. The staff are supportive and informative about new activities or trips happening in NYC. UASCH is located in Franklin K. Lane Campus with four other high schools. Although the campus is big, UASCH is a small high school located on the first floor.

The school is a sea of comforting and friendly faces. The culture of the school developed over its first four years of existence has been incredible and irreplaceable. While the school isn't perfect and some aspects of the school system need to be adjusted, the overall experience is something that I will never forget.
