GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience here while long lived, had both its positives and negatives. The positives would be a good sum of the amazing staff in the building that made my days here more bearable. The negatives here would definitely be the lunch food they serve. Multiple times it has given me food poisoning and very few times have a wanted to take a second bite of it.

Atherton High School is a great school for a variety of reasons. The atmosphere is nice, the students are friendly, and the teachers are supportive. Everybody there wants to see each other succeed and go places. The environment there is comforting, and makes you feel safe. It's a good school for people who want to go places in life.

Atherton has been a great school for me so far. The staff is very nice and they help you the best they can. The kids are sometimes disruptive but that is in all schools.
