GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Being at this school, they want every student and teacher to be included. We are one big family. They always make sure students are in the right classes to graduate and are on the right path. Our education is very important at my school but they also care about our mental health and life in general. We have support from everyone including the staff. But what makes this school strong is the closeness of it. We always like to get a good mix of fun and getting a good education.

Academy of Education & Empowerment at Carson High School or otherwise known as AEE is amazing school. This is my third year here and I seen the school grow from 25 students to full classes. AEE teachers and staff are very committed to helping us students. They show a lot of school spirt and are devoted to make us go college bound.

There are a few clubs during school that meet during lunch like green team, human rights, csf, etc. They are pretty accepting of new members if you speak with the person in charge. They have few after school events like maybe once a month but besides that they don't have much after-school activities.

My experience was great at AEE. The teachers and faculty give the students many opportunities to advance themselves and their futures. They provide internships, loads of volunteering, dual enrollment college courses, and a lot of school spirit. There is a sense of community at this school. The teach...
