Not sure where my first review went. It wouldn't surprise me if it wasn't accepted. This school is bad news. My son came their with high self esteem and strong academics. He left with his head down. We absolutely love this school. The teachers are passionate about helping all of the kids learn. The new, now full-time principal has provided even greater focus. Palomares is a little gem in the CVUSD. This is my son s school. It's a small, supportive and caring school with interesting academics. We love how this small school with great teachers and parents involvements. Great public elementary school.

Although a review will spill the secret...I do think this is one of the best kept secrets in Castro Valley.
