GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Horace Greeley is a great school academically, very rigorous, and produces some of the smartest students you will ever meet. Socially, Horace Greeley is not very diverse at all and has about 0 school spirit. In terms of athletics Horace Greeley has some good athletes and a hand full of students commit for athletics in college ever year.

overall it is a good school on paper, but regarding social life and the people at this school, it isn't so great. There are also many interesting clubs at this school, but because they get no funding, none of them go anywhere. also, though the school has great facilities, many students are unable to use them due to certain rules.

A challenging school that prepares you for college. It can be a tricky social scene at times but it's possible to have good friends. You are able to take plenty of classes that cater to your interests by the time you're a junior/senior.

Excellent! There were lots of wholesome activities, and there was Canteen on Friday nights where we could dance and be with friends. I was well prepared for college when I graduated.

This high school shows favoritism. If they like you great, if not... This will affect Seven Bridges Middle starting in 2015 too.
