GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Communication with parents is lacking. Tolerance of some student behaviors is unacceptable. Different rules/standards for some students. Music program is amazing and provides lots of opportunities for students who are passionate about music.

i love chardon because in our community, everyone knows everyone. with that there comes a lot of families and friends of many years joining into one school. here at chardon we really are a family even after graduating classes have passed on they'll still visit as if it's been a lifetime since they were enrolled here. i want chardon to increase the space in our building but also our safety. i believe that we've put our donated money to use in some benefical and some non important ways. one may view them as important, but in reality, do we need a new addition to our weight room and football field or do we need improvements to our air conditioning/heating units? i just think we should be putting our donations to more well deserved issues in our building, but overall the people and community at chardon is one of a kind.

There is nothing about Chardon High School I would change. I really like it there and their CCP program is excellent.

Terrible school. If you are not white, do not go to this school. You will get bullied and made fun of constantly. If you are shy, you will not survive at this school because no one cares. As a girl you must wear tons of makeup and dress as less as possible to fit in. Most teachers do not care about...

Terrible, most students consume drugs during school. Some don’t show up, fail classes, and the teaching the school provides doesn’t help a child’s growth
