GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Overall it has been good, I really enjoy it. The teachers are thoughtful, and helpful. Everything is great except for my last year teacher Ms.P, she did not teach math 2 what so ever. I usually don't have any negative comments but I have tons for her. She was very lazy and would just sit on her chair the whole class time.

Ardrey kell is a great school with lots of opportunity and growth. Ardrey kell has something for everyone and will help students develop into who they want to be.

Ardrey Kell is a great high school and there are so many positive things to say about it but the one thing that needs to change would be how they prepared students and parents for college. I am a rising senior and both my parents and I agree there was limited information about all the things juniors should have been doing throughout the year. I reached out to my counselor numerous times was not able to get an appointment or get my questions answered about college. Eventually my parents and I were able to navigate through it with the help of friends who have older kids and books. I overall feel that Ardrey Kell could have done a better job when helping students choose colleges and giving out information about upcoming years.

My child is a senior and has loved being part of such a diverse community. The curriculum and standards for learning are exceptional and prepare students perfectly for their next chapter (whether that is college or otherwise). For a school of this size, it has always felt like a family to my family....

This school is run like a factory with an administration that is all talk and little to no action. There is a serious shortage of qualified teachers and not to mention a morale issue. If you have a student in the exceptional child program, it’s a disaster - severely understaffed and teachers are not...
