I came to Providence St Mel during my freshman year of high school. I was very scared and didn't want to go. When I walked into the I was greeted with so much kindness and familiarity that you would have thought I've been going there forever. I was welcomed in all of my classes and because I was a new student I was behind in the school's system and how they ran things, but I was assisted upon entry in each of my classes and it was really easy to catch on to how things worked. The student was just as kind and inviting as well, I was able to make friends I'm and engage in school activities very quickly which is helping me on my road to college.

This is a great school. My daughter has been there since kindergarten. She has a great foundation for studying, and receiving a great well rounded education. She is confident young lady with a great future shtick her.

I've attended Providence St. Mel School for 13 years, and I can honestly say I am very prepared for college, but I wish they'd put as much of an emphasis on female sports, healthy environments, mental health, and social networking, as much as they do with education, and boys basketball.

Terrible school. Just withdrew my 1st grader. It’s 10/20 and she still don’t have all of her text books or a gym uniform. They fired the teacher for speaking up about the questionable practices and policies the school has and didn’t inform parents until almost 72 hours later even though they knew th...

This is my first year at Providence St. Mel and so far its been going pretty good. There is not a lot of homework depending on your courses, but the grading scale is a bit different then your normal grading scale. The teachers really care about you and your learning environment so its a small mass o...

I went to PSM for high school and it wasn't all it's cracked up to be. I have no issue with discipline, rules, structure and high expectations, however the school took it to an unnecessary level. As hard as we worked there was no fun. This school was run with a prison style structure and it did noth...
