High school overall has been a great learning experience. Res challenged me in many ways, and I am coming out a stronger person because of it. I was able to experience AP and honors classes, sports and got to go on mission trips. I made amazing friendships over the past four years, and I feel like I am ready for my next chapter graduating from Resurrection High School.

PROS: - The all-girls environment made it easier to form friendships. - I had some amazing teachers, especially for anatomy, (Mrs. Montenelli), AP biology (Dr. Leider), history (Ms. Lenihan) and AP Calculus (Ms. Kando). - For the relatively small population, there were a good number of classes to choose from, especially junior/senior year. - The practicum course not only helped us figure out what type of career we might be interested in, but also taught us to be professional, write our own resumes, and interview for jobs. - Although having chromebooks could be considered a con because they were often distracting, they also helped me learn a lot more about using technology for school, which is useful for college. CONS: - The religion classes were not helpful at all, especially for those students who weren't religious. I wish they were less focused on Catholicism and more on philosophy/ethics. - All-girls also means lots of cliques and drama. - I found the English classes to be a joke.

The only good thing about the school are the students and most teachers. The rest of the school does not live up to expectations. The class options are limited and classroom activities are often boring and disengaging. Clubs here are a joke and are not properly funded. There are also very few option...

There aren't many class options as well as opportunities for professional experiences outside of school. The only good thing about this school is the teachers; other than that, the classes are unengaging, and there are extremely limited opportunities. The clubs aren't properly funded and meet up onl...

Resurrection College Prep High School is a wonderful school. My daughter’s transition to high school went very smoothly. She has challenging classes and her teachers are demanding but helpful if needed. The block schedule is a great way for the girls to prepare for college. We really like the all gi...
