I believe that Hampden Charter School of Science is a solid college preparatory school that encourages students to use their minds well and to care for themselves and others. Teachers push students to their highest potential to prepare them for the real-world.

I was a student at HCSS since 6th grade up until graduation. It was the best experience and I am proud to have been a student there.

I like how they are involved with college readiness. Overall, I did not get the "high school experince" because the lack of effort from administration when it came to planning non-educational activities.

This is a great school! Graduating students go to top colleges with scholarship. This school is the best secret in Western Massachusetts.

Teachers are very supportive. Available for extra help if needed. This was a challenging year with virtual school but the teachers were great they kept the students involved and motivated. They offer many AP courses.

I fell for the numbers and ratings of this school..however I found out from the higher ups how they dismiss a lot of things in order to keep their ratings up. .that claim that there are no fights yet shool children claim that there are fights every day and teachers just walk away.
