GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Academic wise, our school has many opportunities and things for you to advance yourself with. Outside of that, the state of the building in itself is awful.

I was on the tract to graduate early and now I am a senior with no classes on the high school campus. I take Tri-C courses and been taking Tri-C courses since I was in 10th grade, so I already completed like 2 years of college for free.

Great!! Being apart of the John Hay Early College program is like family. Staff learn your name, get to know you and your scholar and support all efforts to make the student successful. Thank you!

But students can take classes at community college so that's good! My daughter plans on do...

John Hay or any school for that matter, is what you make of it. If you don't want to learn than don't waste anyone's time. Some schools are a lot better than others. It's also a parents job to find out which ones are best. If you have the grades, then enter a program that helps you take college clas...
