This is the best school EVER!! I went to a nearby public school and I hated it SO much so my mom did a bit of research and found out about Acton she made a couple of connections, found a building, and started working. After months of work it was finally done and AABC was made!!! there was multiple people and throughout the years it turned even better. We get to learn at our own pace and we have no people lecturing us all day. I have so many friends and I love the system of Acton. This school is the start of my heroes journey and I will never forget the memories and experiences I had here. Go to Acton and change the world.

The school culture here at Acton Academy Bergen County is amazing. It is truly a learner-driven environment. The one thing I would like to see change is, finding a bigger building/campus to better accomodate the ever growing school.

AABC is a perfect fit for my kids and family. I have 3 kids attending AABC, ages 8, 12 and 14. The level of freedom they have combined with the responsibility they are expected to own is exactly what I would want them to experience in school. The methodology of student-led, self-paced, project-oriented learning, together with being a mid-size school is exactly what I think the modern school should look like. The community that the tringle of learners-parents-staff has formed is amazing and completes the picture of why this is a greate choice.
