My experience at St. Francis DeSales has been extremely exceptional. From teachers to guidance every question I have asked has been duly noted and answered with a sense of urgency and care.

Like any other Catholic high school, DeSales should be incorporating the faith into school life, and I think it does a really good job at that. They like to tell us "Big school opportunities, small school feel" which is, in my opinion, pretty accurate.

During my time at Desales starting as a freshman we were online most of the year because of covid. This experience was not ideal but was something we had to deal with. Overall the first two years of high school were rough because it was still recovering from covid so we couldn't do everything we wanted. As a junior things were normal again and now going into senior year I have big hopes.

The school is great... if you're a wealthy, white, straight, cis kid. Anything outside of the "norm", and you can be ostracized to hell and back by peers and teachers alike. Pro tip: join the band and put a little bit of effort in, and you'll have partial immunity from the dean of students.
