GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My overall experience with Centennial High School has been a very interesting journey. The school overall is very helpful and useful while the area is not great at all. The staff, teachers, administrators, etc are very helpful when it comes to the students education.

I would like for there to be a safer environment enforced. The culture isn't so much focused on academics. Lots of funding goes to the football team and the marching most other sports and extra curricular activities are ignored.

I like that Centennial has a great support system for the students to get through the college process. I would like to see Centennial improve their academics and make them a little more challenging on the level it should be.

I have attended this school for almost 4 years and my experience here has been mostly great! Ever since the pandemic occurred many great changes have been made to the school. There are plenty more clubs to join like cheerleading or track. More rigorous courses like AP or Honors have been added. The...

I am an alumnus from Centennial's first graduating class in 1955. Some of the comments about the quality of the teaching staff, or lack thereof, reminded me that when our class celebrated the 50th anniversary of our graduation, Centennial's principal at the time didn't even bother to show up when we...

The loss of the Operation Director/ Principal of our school, Centennial High School, where I work, is one of the greatest losses in all my years of teaching experience. Mr. Jones has brought the respect, order, organization, empowerment and pride to Centennial, that the students, the staff and the c...

There needs to be security to tell these students to get to class. The school is just so unprofessiona...
