Flour Bluff Elementary School serves students in the third and fourth grades and enrolls nearly 800 children. The school provides more than 20 classrooms for each grade level to ensure every child will receive individual attention as needed. The elementary facility is one of six schools on the 170-acre campus including Flour Bluff Early Childcare Center as well as the primary, junior, and high schools. They are all part of the Flour Bluff Independent School District which covers more than 150 square miles and serves over 5,600 people from prekindergarten through high school graduation.
Flour Bluff Elementary School offers a challenging academic curriculum which adheres to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills guidelines. The facility is also very competitive in athletics and has competed on the local, regional, and state levels. Extracurriculars include student council, science fairs, the Good Choice Club, and Jazzy Bees. There’s also a multi media center, library, cafeteria, physical education areas, and a playground. Transportation is provided to and from campus each day for qualified students.
The elementary school passed state-wide testing in both the third and fourth grades. The third grade had 75% of students proficient or better in reading and 78% proficient or better in math, while the fourth grade had 80% in reading and 81% in math.

Have had nothing but problems with my daughters teacher I've let it go the last 6 weeks thinking things might change but unfortunately it's getting worse I've never met such a whiny teacher before! I'm very disappointed

Great school, but the teachers do nothing but complain and whine....I'd love to see what they would've done in the days when I was a grade schooler...none of them would've been able to hack it!!!!
