Flour Bluff Primary School can be found in the Flour Bluff Community of Corpus Christi, Texas. Serving first and second grade, the school enrolls more than 750 students. It opened in 1979 and has about 21 first grade classes and 20 second grade classes. Located on Waldron Road, the 170-acre campus is home to six facilities including the primary school. All of the facilities are part of the Flour Bluff Independent School District, which formed in 1937 and enrolls more than 5,600 students. The district covers more than 150 square miles.
The curriculum at Flour Bluff Primary School follows the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills guidelines and offers everything from music and physical education to reading and mathematics. The primary school also realizes how important social skills are and teaches the values of good manners and respect. I would rate FB Primary as excellent! The staff and administration are genuinely caring and have students' best interest at heart.

I moved my daughter from this school to Faye Webb and my daughter was so behind in reading and math that we were afraid she was going to fail. Also find this school to be unfriendly to parents. Unless we are there for a PTA meeting, They make sure to make us feel unwelcome is school grounds.

We moved from Corpus Christi to Flour Bluff just so that we could attend the schools. This district is awsome. If you have a special needs child, this is the place to be. They will try to do what is truly "the best" for your child. I am impressed that they have so many CERTIFIED special needs staff...

Flour Bluff is the best school district. The school stresses behavior and esteem as much as curriculum.
