Out of the schools in the area, Southampton Academy was the best option. During the time I have attended Southampton Academy, I have not had the most consistent education. In other words, for a college prep school and for the cost of tuition, it did not feel like I was getting the best bang for my buck. I do think the school is on the right track by bringing a new, experienced headmaster in and a lot of new, experienced teachers.

I like the how welcoming the other students are to new classmates. Wgat i would like to see changed, however, is everything about the administrative process towards disciplinary actions.

I have had a wonderful experience at Southampton Academy. I transferred to Southampton Academy in my sophmore year. The teachers are all very helpful and gladly stay after school to help you if you do not understand the subject or just need some extra help. The courses are challenging and often require a lot of extra study. I would not change anything about the school.

best family type school you'll ever find! Academics is highest within 35 miles and entire staff is involved with every aspect!! If you care about your child, get them into SA!
