The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Cranston High School West is a school that will only give you as much as you put into it. If you simply show up to school and leave when the bell rings, you aren't going to enjoy yourself. If you join a club, sport, group, or anything else the school offers, you will find yourself ahead of your peers when it comes time to apply for college.

From a very scholarly and hard working student I BEG YOU, if you love your child please don’t send them to this terrible school. They will most likely walk out with some kind of mental health issue. Big issues need to be addressed with this school.
