The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I don't like Pegasus Charter High school because there are insufficient resources for students to take advantage of in their academic journey. There's no gym, library, infirmary, and a cafeteria/lunchroom. On top of that, the administration doesn't look after the needs of the students or their parents. Whenever I ask them a small favor they take long months to fix something and find excuses despite its simplicity. To me, this school isn't adequate for students that are looking towards formal and decent education. The best option is to move to a different school with higher expectations.

My experience in Pegasus Charter High School is that we get a lot of help from the teachers and staffs. The most exciting thing about this school is that we get to do a lot of activities. This school helps us to get credits for college so we can be ready. My teachers had help me pass the STAAR test by giving us the lesson in a easy way that we can understand. I would not like to change anything about this school.
Pegasus School has significant issues that urgently need attention. The campus is poorly maintained, with restrooms often lacking basic necessities like toilet paper and even containing fecal material, while the absence of custodial staff exacerbates cleanliness problems. Safety is a major concern,...

I used to work here and it’s the job I miss the most. The administration cares about their employees and teachers and they offer fair and competitive wages. They go above and beyond for the students and even their families. I’ve seen the staff members make sure that the students are doing well at ho...
