The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
The Test Score Rating reflects annual state test results for this school compared with scores statewide.

There are lots of activities and clubs. The campus is well.cared for. The only negative is the math department, they have struggled to get competent teachers, so there is a big turnover yearly.

As an out-of-state transfer student in my junior year, it was difficult to adjust to the school's lifestyle and culture. With time I was able to make adjustments, but just like with any high school, there are clicks and outcasts.

San Ramon Valley High School has highly competitive academics and athletics. The students are nice, the teachers are good. The math department doesn't have good teachers, many students take online math.
Admin need a shake up. They don’t support the teachers or the students. They are losing or getting rid of great teachers who care because they are afraid of parents suing. Support your teachers, follow protocol, and stop giving in to parents.

She was forced to constantly declare her preferred pronoun. They will tell you this is all in the name of suicide prevention. Against this 1984-esque backd...
