GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have gone to this school for 3 years now and I have enjoyed my experiences and what this school has to offer. Although it is criticized for its past they have taken the time to make changes for the future generation of students to come and that is one thing I admire. The faculty and teachers are great support when needed and they are very helpful. Changes that I would like to see are better meals and more training resources for athletes.

Overall is a really good school, they support you a lot, culturally they pretty good programs. But their communication and organization has to improve a little more.

I came to DMLK for my freshman year. I didn't start off so good but I had the best teacher ever. He helped me get through. DMLK offers so much support, they have such good classes. Would definitely recommend this school
