The teachers are great and love the students and we had some of the highest test scores in the state for a small 2a school showing the dedication the staff had to the students

My experience at Des Arc High School has been very positive. The class size and teacher to student ratio has allowed me to have a conducive learning environment. Des Arc is a small town so you have no problem making friends. Everybody knows everybody and acts as if they are family. I have spent my whole life growing up with the same group of friends and I think that teaches me a lot about respect and working with someone over an extended period of time. Our school receives plenty of support from parents and local businesses which conducts a family like atmosphere. The teachers are very helpful which makes student success immense.

My experience at Des Arc was the best part of my life. I met great people and had the best experiences of my life there. The only thing I would change is the lack of modernness. It is a very small farming community and the school goes with that. I believe if the school had more money for advancements it would be a top school in the state.
