Destrehan was a really great school! The faculty and staff was always pushing us to do and be our best. There are so many clubs and organizations that the school offers. There is pretty much something for everyone which I love! Football season is amazing and it brings the whole community together!

I love Destrehan. I believe it is the best high school in the state. There's too many good memories to remember. I want my children to come to Destrehan.

I would say overall our 4 kids had good experience there. The school I would say does not place enough emphasis on going to college. The food is terrible. My kids would go all day and not eat even though they did serve pizza, hamburgers/fries. It is true that they do separate the AP kids and they do...

Highly overrated school. The administrative staff is highly selective when it comes to the treatment of students. For example, friends of their children get treated much better and are the exception to the rules. The football players too. The honor students are almost completely taken away from the...
