At the Downingtown STEM, you are to be selected through an introspective essay process which helps you expose yourself to the rigorous high school curriculum offered here. Also, once you do get accepted, you are welcome with a generous staff/facility, ready for HS/college studies, and overall culture involvement is why STEM is one of the best schools in PA (and probably the country).

Stem is aight. Feel ready for college, but most colleges do not accept most of my IB credits. Wish they held the same value as ap credits.

I have loved my experiences at STEM. The academics and teachers push you to work harder and encourage more success. The collaborative environment allows me to thrive while learning and making connections. I wouldn't change anything about the school because it sets you up for future success in college and the real world.

I am so glad the STEM Academy came into being. It's a wonderful learning environment where curious, academically-minded students can thrive. The long-term projects seem like an excellent, engaging teaching/learning tool. Our son loves it there.
