Overall, Philo High-School is a nice school in a calm area- Almost all of the teachers are amazing and willing to help you with anything you need help with. Sometimes the food isn't the best, but you could always bring your own/get a side item. They have a wide variety of classes, so you can almost always find something that falls into the category of what you're interested in/looking for.

Overall staff and extracurricular activities are great. The choir and art class are taught by excellent teachers that just want the best for every student they come across. The school spirit is great.

This was my home school I traveled to the trade school but the time I spent at Philo was good. I continued my sport of soccer, track, and cheerleading here.

Definitely not the school if you’re looking for any type of diversity. My kids are part of the .4% African American and when I told them as they entered into kindergarten that they would have to work harder to prove themselves because they looked different I wasn’t prepared for them to actually have...

My children attend this school and I am a graduate myself. I could not be more pleased with how my children are taught. Especially the High School. I feel your freshman year either makes or breaks you, and those Freshman teachers go above and beyond to help those kids transition to high school. Kudo...
