The academics here are fantastic, the atmosphere is comforting and safe, and they do a great job at giving just as much support to the arts as they do to athletics.

Wilson Area HS gave me some of the greatest years of my life and lots of friendships along the way. The faculty prepared me well for college and was there every step of the way. The amount of clubs and activities were average for such a small school but administration was always ready to listen and help to create new clubs when students brought ideas to them.

wilson area high school is a great school. i am now a senior, and my school feels like home. it is a very small school, so everyone knows everyone and you're all basically family. academics are fantastic here, with most students in honors/AP classes, and dedicated teachers who will not hesitate to help and work with students. school pride and culture is very big, with lots of spirit and events to participate in school and the community.

National Honor Society selection is a joke! It is truly amazing that a student consistently ranked in the top 3-7 of his class every year since elementary school, who took all honors and AP classes, lettered in 3 varsity sports, put forth numerous hours outside of school to become one of the schools...

I wouldn't want my kids to attend any other school. The staff is caring, class sizes are small and the administration goes above and beyond to make sure everyone will be successful. The sports teams are only average, but even average athletes will have a chance to play.

I have had one daughter graduate from WHS and she is currently a sophomore at an excellent university. I have also a son and daughter currently attending Wilson high. I have always loved the atmosphere and the education provided by the outstanding and caring teachers. WHS has been part of my family...
