The Agape Christi Academy serves preschool through 12th graders in Eden Prairie with a faith-based education that emphasizes love, the wellbeing of the spirit and academic discipline.
Students are guided through a curriculum circumscribed by religious beliefs and the tenets of a Classical education that primarily covers Western history, culture and civilization. Students study Greek and Roman languages and the principles of science and mathematics while progressing through grammar, logic and rhetoric. Younger scholars solve math problems orally and using an abacus.
Students read world literature and philosophy like The Iliad, Introduction to Aristotle, The Aeneid, The Last Days of Socrates, Beowulf and Romeo and Juliet, while exploring art as a reflection of a divine blueprint for beauty and meaning.
Each year Agape Christi Academy stages an Arts Festival that showcases dramatic performances by students of literary works like Pilgrim's Progress. The Spring Playhouse allows kindergarteners through third graders to perform short plays while fourth graders and older students participate in school musicals.
Students pursue athletic interests in basketball, soccer, volleyball, hockey, jump rope, self-defense and gymnastics, and Agape Christi Academy works diligently to teach its students humility while cultivating "joyful young people whose lives reflect the truth in love."

This is our daughter's second year at Agape Christi and we can't say enough good things about this school! From the teachers to the other families, from the curriculum to the leadership on the board, we have been so impressed. The learning is challenging but fun and the love of Christ shines through...

The staff clearly love the Lord & love our children. The education is rigorous, but not overwhelming. The community of parents is amazing. Both my children & I made lifelong friends. I highly recommend this school.

Christ-centered education that is extremely strong academically. The classical model combined with God as the foundation of all truth makes this school a great place for our kids. We also love the community of families and teachers who are all highly committed to the school and the students.
