Erie has some really nice teachers/staff, there's some that are very strict however. I feel like the work load is unnecessarily high for average level classes, but there are some good class options.

Our son has been very happy at Erie High School. We have no complaints. Great school with lots of school spirit and helpful guidance counselors. My son attended three different high schools and this was his favorite. He has made friends and found his way these two years that he has attended and for that we are greatful.

Erie high school is full of good people and teachers that care about your success. However, it is severely overcrowded. There are so many students that the teachers are unable to give us enough individual time. I addition, this school is all about athletics. They spend a it of resources on the athletics department and are lacking in every other department.

EHS is one of the highest ranked school in Colorado, but that’s not why it’s a top choice. EHS is a community school with wholesome kids and families. The whole town rallies around the kids by promoting sports and school spirit, even scholarships. There aren’t any serious problems like drugs or sex...

On paper, Erie High School fosters an inclusive environment with zero tolerance for harassment and bullying. Excellent experience so far with administration, teachers and athletic department/coaches. This is our first child to attend EHS. The other two went to high schools in Adams 12, but this has been a far superior experience all around! Very impressed and look forward to more great years as Tigers.
