We have had all good teachers in 7 years between two children. Some I will remember and appreciate forever for supporting my children and embracing them for who they are. The school PTA events and after school clubs give the school a nice sense of community. Suzuki Strings sets the school apart from most all elementary schools in the state. The district is nationally recognized for music education. Overall, my kids would say they love this school and rate it 5 stars.

Diversity was important for us, as well as special focus on dyslexia. Lakewood has gone above and beyond for our family. I highly recommend this school.

This school has involved teachers who give their own time to go above and beyond for the students. For example: there is volleyball, environmental, running, choir/drama clubs after school. There is also a Suzuki Strings program with lots of involved families and an active PTA that plans multiple fun...
