School doesn't provide a safe learning environment. Bullying and physical assult is completely overlooked. Law enforcement has to be involved before the school does anything.

Obese hall monitor is lazy and with him passing out gum to students which is not even allowed has just added to the lack of disrespect towards hard working teachers that just want order in the classrooms.
