Broadwater Academy was a great experience for me. I attended for 13 years and found them open and welcoming to all, providing a rigorous education with a full slate of extracurriculars, including athletics. It is an excellent educational option for parents with children on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

Broadwater is a tight knit community of individuals that truly look out for one another and care about each other. The only bad part is that because the school is so small, everyone knows everyone's business.

I found that my attendance at Broadwater Academy allowed me experiment with different study and learning techniques. The teachers at Broadwater truly want for you to succeed and will sacrifice their free-time to help you do so. The students are friendly, everyone knows everyone, and the school is more of a family environment than actual school.
