Our child went to Milnes for K-3 before we moved to Ridgewood. The teachers ranged from super engaged and enthusiastic to mellow and distracted, though all seemed competent. The math curriculum (Everyday Math) is absurd and unhelpful, and is the primary reason for 3 star rating. It has been abandone...

My kids are getting a great foundation from attending Milnes. The school is top notch when it comes to education and diversity. My kids have been developing quite nicely since moving here and being at this school system.

Both of our children went to this elementary school, with the youngest having graduated just now, in 2015. Overall, we were pretty happy. The quality of the teachers varies - some were quite good, others only so-so. The student-teacher ratio is more than adequate, that has never been an issue.The pr...
