GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Citrus High School was more different than the previous high school I attended. Everybody at Citrus was more independent and more focused on their school work because all everyone was trying to do was graduate early. That school was more about making up credits in order to graduate on time. There was not any bullying, everyone got along pretty well since the school was small, everyone knew each other.

Citrus High School was a very small school so bullying was something students were not able to get away with. There were many cameras all over the school so any violations of the rules were being seeing by a staff in the office.

Everyone has to participate on daily activities that P.E. offers. There is only a Basketball team at the moment but the school is moving forward with its sports.
