GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

AB Miller High School has very supportive teachers and administration. There are plenty of on campus activities and clubs that meet after-school. AB Miller also has outstanding sports programs to choose from. My best experience was being part of the varsity baseball team and also meeting new students from different middle schools. My worst experience would be trying to fit in with the right people as a freshman. The one thing I would like to see changed is that I hope our school starts a flag football team. Our high school is the only school in our district that does not have a flag football team.

The school is quite well diverse. Student involvement within this school is quite strong, and the faculty members truly care about the students. However, I would like to see a more commitment to solving with some of the student behavior in classes. Sometimes, they can be quite disruptive.

At A.B. Miller high school, I can tell student involvement is important to them and would encourage students to participate. My main concern about this school is its safety.

This school is the worst school that I have been in. There are multiple fights and drug dealing happening in school, but the staff would not do anything about it beside suspend them for 3 days. No child going to that school is guaranteed their safety and protection. I do not recommend people to go t...

As a former student, the principle was never to be seen and some of the counselors treated me as if I were just some 'lost' student that wasn't going to go anywhere. This school felt like it was very divided as opposed to a school like Summit. There were few extracurricular activities, and the ones...
