The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I went here for all four years of high school. It truly wasn't the worst. It's a small school. The teachers are good, there are some questionable ones, but good. There isn't a lot of sports facilities but they do make do with what they have. The events were pretty okay here too. I graduated the first year of covid, so half of my senior year was online and we didn't have a real graduation. But the school still did a lot to make it special and memorable.

At summit everybody feels like they're connected. The teachers are motivated to teach kids and keep them in check when it comes to academics and excitement.

I really liked Summit High School's improvement and progression with career technical pathways. They provided a multitude of pathways and resources to help students find their passion and explore it. They also give opportunities to compete in competitions in the pathways to gain experience along with wise teachers to help guide you. I personally loved the ethical hacking pathway as it allowed me to find a passionate hobby that introduced me to big STEM world and more importantly taught me essential technology skills. The only thing the school can improve of is maybe recruiting for the courses.

School is making a come back. Used to be great, the lack of quality of teachers really brought the School down. Seems recently caring teachers who want to work are back.

ASB is great at getting kids involve. Teachers are easy to get a hold of either by way of email or in person. I see a lot of negative reviews on how students dress or how the school doesnt push the kids to learn.....well it is a public school which means that the teachers hands are tied, all they ca...
