Very nice people. They are a college readiness school. Is a small environment which I personally like. Students have freedom and flexibility, students can create clubs however sports may be less compared to others. I also wish we had more unique opportunities for electives; that would be one of the things I would change if I could.

I attended North Lakes since 5th grade, the earliest grade they had at the time. They have since expanded to house an elementary school along with their middle school. NLA is a good small school, that keeps classes close-knit and fun. Downsides are a supreme lack of funding that will never be fixed as they do not allow themselves to grow past 66 students per grade. Attend if you wish for strong connections with teachers and fellow students, and do not mind constantly fundraising for all activities.

We love the small size of the school! There are many seasoned teachers who really do take the time to know and understand your child. They work hard to make it a partnership between the school and the parent!

Small class sizes, teacher care about the students, and the school is always open to hear new ideas from the students and the parents.
