Lincoln Park Academy is a 2018 and 2019 College Success Award recipient based on its ability to prepare students for future academic endeavors.
To do so, the school offers International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement classes. International Baccalaureate, an internationally recognized organization, aims to prepare students for advanced academic careers and to teach valuable skills for a fast-changing world. The advanced Placement program provides college-level classes, and students can earn college credits and Associate Degrees before graduating high school.
Lincoln Park Academy offers several sports, some managed by award-winning coaches. Sports include Cross Country, Bowling, Swimming/Diving, Golf, Volleyball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Wrestling, Soccer, Baseball, Tennis, Track & Field, and Softball.
The Lincoln Park Academy Theatre program aims to promote compassion, work ethic, and the use of Art as an instrument for good. It is among the best drama departments in the state, regularly winning top honors at state competitions. The school also offers Art, Orchestra, Chorus, and Engineering, among many other courses.

I attended Lincoln Park Academy for 7 years, it was ok. In my personal experience I can attest to say the middle school years here is where I advanced academically the most. My high school years were pretty average.

It was a good experience not a great one. There's not much done around sports atmosphere and they are missing a football team. The classes are good quality and your teachers will be a hit or miss. The counselors can be be a very good contact to keep around.

The school sucked. The only good thing about it was my friends and teachers. Other than that, school spirit was terrible, they let us have no fun and everything we tried to do was turned down.

I feel sorry for the teachers and staff. They have some exceptional instructionall professionals dedicated to their craft. Why their safety is intentionally compromised I will probably never understand.
