The academics were very helpful for going to college later on. They were tough enough to prepare students for college assignments and workload. One weakness was not a lot of diversity or openness to new ideas. There should be changes in that area.

Bishop Dwenger is a good school and very faith based. The teachers are nice and willing to help you if you want to work. The school has nice facilities and keep it clean.

I like this school because of the tradition it has and since it is a smaller school you can get to know most of the teachers and most of the students in your grade and grades below. I would like to see more inclusion and diversity in the school though.

The school focuses too much on football and cheerleading, and barely aknowleges other groups. Also, many teachers and students don't respect opinions that differ from a Catholic viewpoint and will be extremely rude and condemning to those who don't align with church teaching. I love the fact that Bishop Dwenger has a great sense of family. Our son, a sophomore, has adjusted very well, and is very happy. That is always a good thing. We are blessed!
