The school nurse is terrific -- extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When my son hurt himself on the playground she took care of him warmly and calmly and it was a non-traumatic situation.

Hemenway wasn't our first choice school but I'm really glad we are here, and even though we had the opportunity to switch to our first choice we decided to stay.

I have had 3 children attended this school- all on IEP's for different reasons. My son was diagnosed with ASD in 1st grade and the staff helped me to navigate the difficult process of his IEP. Teachers always responded to my inquiries and did their best to accommodate my son in the best way possible...

Management has such a nice attitude towards the kids and the families however, I can't say the same thing for the teachers. Especially if you are a dual citizen they don't listen to the kids and just punish them. Thankfully, my son went there for 1 year and he is still having trauma attacks. Teacher...
