GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I enjoy the people that I interact with in my day-to-day activities. However, I do not like the overall competitive atmosphere because it creates a sense of desperation among the students.

Most teachers were very kind and easy to understand, took their time to make sure you knew what was happening and that you understood all of the course material.

There seems to be an absence or lack of knowledge when it comes to bullying, racism, or other discriminatory acts. Administrators and authority figures do not seem to take notice of these problems until a student actually reports it, and that is when they start the investigation.

Vindictive and emotional approach to students. Not accessed objectively. Teen angers are expected to behave like elementary school students.

My son was a freshman and will be a sophomore this year. The teachers(most) are amazing(1) not the best, but that’s going to happen, especially when the teacher is also a coach. The staff does return emails and is good at responding. The counselor my son has seems to actually care. There were some s...
