At Benold I enjoyed the overall atmosphere, but I felt the school does not have a strong focus on academics. This is a great school for sports and extra curriculars, but academic achievment is marginalized.

From the first few months of my niece attending school, I noticed my niece was coming home, saying things like, my stomach was hurting and that I don't want to go to school. I'm kind of starting to question the motives of the school staff, teachers and the principal himself.

I was a student at this school, none of the staff cared about mental or emotional health. Some teachers enforced rules that were never created. Teachers purposely failed some students. Teachers disrespected students and expected them to respect THEM.
