American Leadership Academy Gilbert is a proactive charter school community focused on college and career readiness for seventh through 12th grade. The curriculum is based on a core curriculum of art, math and science with a wealth of elective opportunities. Leadership and entrepreneurship are encouraged as students receive individualized attention from teachers.
Students can develop their creativity in fine arts classes like dance, theater, choir or band. With a focus on emerging markets such as robotics and computer science, students are encouraged to become career ready in an advancing economy. American Leadership Academy Gilbert offers nutrition and weight training courses, and students can compete on the state level with various sports teams.

My experience at American Leadership Academy has been great as long as I have been here! I don't have many complaints for this school except for when you are at the same school for a while it may get kind of boring. Although I find that okay because of how good the education system is.

It is just like any other school lots of pros and cons. The education is not great. They are very inconsistent in enforcing rules. Teachers don't need a certification or degree to teach and are not really qualified.

Never felt accepted. This school is most white and straight. As a gay woman, I felt like I was hated.
