For some reason the school is no longer focused on academics. Homework which used to be 4 times a week dropped to once weekly and now it’s completely optional. Teachers do not give out homework, instead parents have to log in to print out the optional homework. Why?

After a year at another elementary school, I can truly reflect on the experience. The principal is inadequate and focused on social justice rather than academics. The office staff made me uncomfortable. Essentially the principal doesn’t want parents involved inside the school. I was in a PTA meeting...

Mitchell elementary school administration headed by the principal on the whole lack compassion, patience, reasonable discernment and sound judgment when dealing with dynamic and complicated parenting issues that expanded beyond parents' home to school, law enforcement, and other related organization...
