Founded in 1992, St. John Vianney Catholic School is a private, faith-based school serving children in prekindergarten through eighth grade in the greater Goodyear area of the West Valley.
Affiliated with the Congregation of the Holy Cross, the school follows its founding principles and strives to help students grow through its five pillars of education, including mind, heart and hope.
When it comes to academics, St. John Vianney Catholic School also integrates an approach heavily focused on self-discipline by teaching core skills ranging from listening and cooperation to problem-solving and leadership. The curriculum embraces technology and incorporates a science lab in addition to other arts and programs to enhance children’s learning experience.
The school offers before- and after-school care that extends active learning beyond the school day, including programs in music, science and other subject areas.
Throughout the year, St. John Vianney Catholic School hosts school Mass on key dates. It gives back to the community with food drives and other charitable endeavors, on top of planning ice cream socials and fun events to engage students and the community every day.

I can't imagine sending my son anywhere else. The atmosphere alone is worth it, but the academics are also great.
