Goose Creek High School lies on the north side of the community and serves ninth to 12th-grade students. Boasting smaller-than-average class sizes, students gain a hands-on public education while gaining valuable social skills and peer-leadership opportunities. Providing students with a well-rounded educational experience is a top priority. Specialized career pathways, apprenticeships and internship opportunities allow students to gain unique experiences in their field of choice while satisfying academic requirements.
In addition to these hands-on learning experiences, the school boasts a wide variety of AP and dual-enrollment courses, allowing students to earn college credit before graduating. Although there are below-average test scores in many subjects, students and teachers continue to strive for excellence by incorporating enrichment programs and technology in each classroom. Throughout the year, students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular activities like anime, BETA, Quest club, dance team and Model United Nations. The school also boasts a robust athletic program, offering basketball, football, tennis, golf, track, baseball, and more. My experience at Goose Creek High School was great. The teachers and staff are truly amazing they are all so passionate about the school. Teachers and staff goes above and beyond to make sure that we are in a comfortable space to learn and achieve our goals and further. We have so many fun and entertaining events ran by our school to get the community together to build and rise on!! One change i would like to see is bringing Chick-fil-a for the students 2 times a week instead of 1 those chick fil a sandwiches are too good to get once a week. With that being said thank you for taking the time to read about my experience at Goose Creek high school

Most the teachers are pretty nice. I like majority around. I feel that they need to slow down their pace in teaching math because a lot of people don't understand. I feel they need to step up their food because they were serving hot food at lunch and then they stopped. They are usually quick you can on top of a situation and I feel decently safe I do wish they would give more credit to the teachers when students don't so stuff it's not their fault that they can't make a student, do work?

I would just like to say as an a student i loved going to school there. They have all the academic classes i needed and the teachers and staff was always willing...

WARNING: If you are interviewing for this school, do not accept! The administration will show you the new, beautiful classrooms full of technology, and nice new desks. They won't show you the classrooms with mold, rats, the rooms that have not been cleaned all year long, the rooms with water leaking...

Our son attends Goose Creek High School and I cannot say enough good things about this school and its staff. My son has had an amazing experience there. I would not hesitate to recommend Goose Creek High School.
